Helping midlife women break free from dieting and feel confident in their bodies again
I met Lori on a running vacation in Ireland. We got to know each other, and I expressed how difficult it is to lose weight. I worked out and ran long distances but something wasn’t working. Lori scheduled weekly sessions with me focusing on healthy eating. We got to the root of what I needed to achieve change and I am happy to say I did as well as maintain it. When I feel myself reverting to old habits, I recall the “whys” and “goals” i want for a lifetime of health and mobility.
